Summary for Next Week's Rehearsal

Hi Everyone:

Just wanted to summarize the following for everyone:

We are having a rehearsal next class Tuesday March 31st. Lets meet in Room 187 at 6:30PM. If it is not available, lets meet back at our class room in the annex building.

Here is what we decided as a final design:

1. Marketing logo is the scissor logo
2. We will use real barber chairs 4 in total (rental place won't be available until next Thursday Apr 2nd cause of convention this week)
3. No large mirrors
4. Just hair cut experience no other services
5. T-shirts*

Here are the following team tasks for next week:

Documentation
- continue to document process especially dress rehearsal next week
- decide on final blog

Marketing
- come up with name of event
- research into printing costs and forward to organization team for budget

Building Design Team
- Think of final details of the design including where we should place things and additional items we need to borrow
- Organization team will help ask the school to borrow items such as dividers, desks and other furniture

Organization Team
- Determine which items can be borrowed from class member*
- Finalize budget and let everyone know how much to bring before Tuesday's meeting
- Arrange sign up of jobs for the event*

Tech Team
- Reach out to class to see who can lend their computers for the day
- Think of ideas for coming up with hair style posters, maybe we can tie that in with the digital manipulation part.

*Items marked with an asterisks I will post a separate blog entry when I get the time hopefully by tomorrow night or Thursday at the latest.
